Terms and Conditions

Definitions & Applicability
  • “Peaq”, “Club”, “we”, “us” refers to Peaq Wellness located in Al Quoz, Dubai.
  • “Member” means any individual holding a Lagree or Recovery membership, or participating in drop-in services.
  • Membership constitutes agreement to pay fees and comply with these Rules, which may be updated at any time.
Membership Types, Prices & Duration
  • Lagree Membership: AED 1,900/month – Access to 1 Lagree class per day.
  • Recovery Membership: AED 1,500/month – Access to 1 Recovery Therapy (sauna + cold plunge) session per day.
  • Minimum 3-month term; continues monthly until cancelled.
Fees & Payments
  • Membership fees are non-refundable and payable monthly in advance.
  • Billing recurs automatically via chosen payment method.
  • Cancellations only after 3-month minimum, with 1 month’s written notice via email.
  • Mid-month cancellations remain active through the next billing cycle.
Cancellation & Commitments
  • All cancellations must be in writing via email; verbal requests are not accepted.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the following billing month.
  • No refunds for unused sessions or early cancellations.
Guest Policy
  • Guest access is not included in standard memberships.
  • Special passes available at additional charge by contacting the Club.
  • Members are responsible for guests’ conduct and any damages.
Booking & Late Cancellation
  • All classes/sessions must be booked in advance via the booking platform.
  • Late cancellations (less than 12 hours) or no-shows incur an AED 150 fee, charged automatically.
Membership Freezing
  • Freezing is not permitted.
  • Memberships must run continuously for the minimum 3-month term.
Facility Access & Conduct
  • Access is limited to your membership type (Lagree or Recovery).
  • Use facilities at your own risk; arrive on time and wear appropriate attire.
  • The Club may refuse entry or cancel bookings for safety or conduct concerns.
  • Respect other members and maintain facility cleanliness.
Liability & Health Assurance
  • You confirm you are medically fit to participate.
  • Peaq is not liable for property loss or injury unless due to proven negligence.
Privacy
  • Personal data is collected and stored per our Privacy Notice available on our website.
Amendments & Termination
  • We may amend these terms or membership fees with notice.
  • Membership may be terminated for breach of rules without refund.

FAQS

You may freeze your membership for 3 months total out of the calendar year. Your membership will automatically extend unless forcefully stopped or frozen.

Lagree and Recovery Membership allow once complementary guest per month to use one service. Guest must be a new member at Peaq. Please contact the studio to book your guest.

To cancel a class without penalty, it must be cancelled 12 hours before the start time of the session. If cancelled after the 12 hour period, you may lose your session credit. Members are charged 150 AED for missed class.

We do not offer trial memberships, but we do offer 2 class trial packs for Lagree and Contrast Therapy. In addition, we offer a Lagree Day Pass and Recovery Day Pass. See our home page for more info on passes and pricing.

It is recommended to book services a week in advance. If a service is fully booked, you may join a waitlist.

It is recommended to wear comfortable athletic clothing. Locker rooms are available with showers, lockers, and towels. Grip socks are required to join Lagree class, and are available for purchase at the studio.

Lagree class are designed to be suitable for beginners. Let your instructor know, and they will offer modifications along the way.

Lagree is low impact and safe to do everyday, however, the recommended time for maximum results is 4-5 times a week.

Lagree is safe for pregnancy, as long as you were practicing Lagree prior to pregnancy. Consult with your doctor.
